Questioning quorum might cause passage of re-enacted budget, Gonzales warns Tiangco

Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales II on Thursday cautioned Rep. Tobias “Toby” Tiangco against questioning the quorum in the daily plenary debates on the proposed P2.6-trillion national budget for 2015, saying the General Appropriations Act of 2014 may end up being re-enacted for next year because the House deliberations are marred by delays.
