Draft Bangsamoro submitted to Congress next week, Deles says

A day after another deadline lapsed on the submission of the much-awaited draft of the Bangsamoro Basic Law to Congress, a Palace official said the bill on the creation of a new autonomous region in Mindanao would be ready next week.
