Low turnout for ‘last mile routes’ scheme for trucks so far

Cabinet Secretary Jose Rene Almendras on Monday lamented the low turnout of truckers who registered for the “last mile routes” system initiated by the Cabinet Cluster on Port Congestion to decongest Manila ports.
