Luy says he had Jinggoy sign endorsements letter for Napoles NGOs at a party

Benhur Luy, the primary whistleblower in the pork barrel scam case, on Tuesday revealed in open court that Sen. Jinggoy Estrada signed an endorsement letter in a party organized by alleged scam mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles in 2012.
