Miriam Santiago to probe Philpost’s P5-B in unliquidated cash advances

Lung cancer-stricken Senator Miriam Santiago on Wednesday vowed to rise from her sickbed to scrutinize the proposed national budget following a report that the Philippine Postal Corp. (Philpost) has accumulated P5 billion in unliquidated cash advances from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
