PNoy urges international community to do ‘everything they can’ to address climate change

President Benigno Aquino III addressed the international community at the United Nations Climate Summit on Tuesday, pointing out that the Philippines bore a disproportionately larger burden when it came to climate change despite it not being a major emitter of greenhouse gasses.
