Redefinition of savings makes 2015 budget PNoy's personal pork – lawmaker

Although Congress retains the power of the purse, President Benigno Aquino III will get to exercise more power over how the proposed P2.6-trillion national budget for 2015 is spent because of the new definition of savings in the national expenditure program, a party-list lawmaker claimed Monday.
