Sandiganbayan allows DOJ undersecretary to prosecute pork scam accused

The Sandiganbayan fifth division on Tuesday allowed Justice Undersecretary Jose F. Justiniano to continue on as a member of the prosecution panel handling the pork barrel scam case at the anti-graft court, saying it was “absurd” for him to be removed from the team.
