Voting deferred on proposal to invite Misuari, Kato to Bangsamoro law hearings

The ad hoc House committee on the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) has deferred voting on the proposal to invite two wanted rebel leaders to public hearings on the draft law after it was vehemently opposed by Zamboanga City Rep. Celso Lobregat.
