Maguindanao clash sets back Bangsamoro bill discussions – House panel chair

The deaths of at least 43 elite police troopers in an attack launched by members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) over the weekend have set back deliberations on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law, the chair of the panel tackling the measure said Monday.
