DFA chief Del Rosario: No combat role for US in fight vs. terrorism in PHL

Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario on Wednesday said there is nothing wrong with the United States helping the Philippines fight terrorism as long as they respect local laws and do not engage in any combat role which is barred by the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
