Ex-PCSO exec asks Sandiganbayan for one-day furlough for eye check-up

A former budget official of the Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) on Wednesday appealed to the Sandiganbayan to be allowed to leave his detention for one day to undergo a thorough eye examination.
