Lawmaker: PHL received ‘peanuts’ from US for Tubbataha damage

A party-list lawmaker and an environmental group on Wednesday said the P87 million the Philippines received from the US government for the damage one of its warships caused to the Tubbataha Reef in 2013 was not enough.
