Outgoing poll chief signs P240-M contract for PCOS repair

On his second to the last official day in office, outgoing Commission on Elections chair Sixto Brillantes Jr. signed a contract with Smartmatic-Total Information Management (TIM) for the diagnotics and repairs of 82,000 vote-counting machines, a TV report said Monday.
