Solon wants Bilibid to be under temporary management of AFP

Following reports of VIP treatment of some inmates in the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP), an administration lawmaker on Monday called on President Benigno Aquino III to place the national penitentiary under the temporary management and administration of the military.
