BOI chairman: Mar Roxas failed to relay plan to interview PNoy on Mamasapano ops

Interior Secretary Manuel Roxas wasn't able to relay the Philippine National Police Board of Inquiry's intention to interview President Benigno Aquino III as regards the tragic Mamasapano mission, the chairman of the fact-finding panel said on Wednesday.
