CA seeks Roxas, De Lima, Ombudsman side on Mayor Binay contempt plea

The Court of Appeals has ordered Interior Secretary Mar Roxas, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales to file their respective comments on Makati Mayor Junjun Binay’s contempt plea against them.
