Capatang: Firing protocols caused delay in support delivery during Mamasapano ops

Armed Forces of the Philippines chief General Gregorio Capatapang on Wednesday denied reports saying Maj. Gen. Edmundo Pangilinan, commander of the Army’s 6th Infantry Division, considered only the peace process with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front in his decisions during the Mamasapano operation last January 25.
