Charges filed against rice traders for illegal importation of P31M worth of rice

The Bureau of Customs filed another batch of smuggling charges before the Department of Justice (DOJ) against two Cagayan de Oro-based rice traders for the alleged illegal importation of 780,000 kilos of rice worth P31.2 million.
