DILG says contempt charges vs. Roxas, officials baseless

There is no basis for the court to cite officials of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), including Secretary Mar Roxas, in contempt for serving the suspension order on Makati Mayor Junjun Binay, the agency said in a statement Wednesday.
