Laude kin reject plea bargain, want public prosec out of murder case

The family of slain transgender woman Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude on Monday denied reports they were willing to enter into a plea bargain deal with US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton that would result in the charge being downgraded to homicide.
