The Department of Justice on Tuesday released a report from its joint National Bureau of Investigation–National Prosecution Service Special Investigation Team on the Mamasapano clash. The report recommended the filing of criminal charges against 90 people for murder and theft in connection with the death of the 35 members of the 55th Special Action Company of the Philippine National Police-Special Action Force.
