Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong played the guessing game on his Facebook account on Tuesday, asking his FB friends which southeast Asian leader was apparently running late for the traditional leaders' photo. Lee may have placed a playful smiley after his hashtag "guess who" but his post certainly drew angry comments directed at President Benigno Aquino III who was nowhere in the picture.
