Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has found a replacement for Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) officer-in-charge Franklin Jesus Bucayu, who had earlier quit his post. De Lima, however, has yet to reveal who her choice is pending further discussions as regards the appointment.
