Lawyer Renato Bondal on Tuesday filed charges of malversation of public funds against Makati City Rep. Marilen Abigail Binay and brother, suspended Mayor Erwin Jejomar Binay Jr. before the Office of the Ombudsman over the alleged misuse of the congresswoman's pork barrel funds in 2011.
