DILG tells public: Avoid APEC venues, expect heavy traffic

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has advised the public to avoid all the venues that will be used for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting this week, as well as the roads leading to these areas as the government steps up  security preparations for the conference delegates.
