A total of 17,808 families or 79,929 persons displaced by Typhoon Nona are still inside evacuation centers managed by local government units in the Regions of Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol and Eastern Visayas as of 2 a.m. Monday, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said.
