Renato Bondal, a former barangay chairman in Makati City, on Friday filed an P828-million plunder complaint against former Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin "Junjun" Binay and two information technology companies whose stockholders were alleged dummies of the mayor's father, Vice President Jejomar Binay.
