The Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) said on Sunday that it concerned over the fate of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) in the Philippine Congress, and the amendments made to it that would reduce the Bangsamoro Government to nothing more than an ordinary local government.
