Majority of the registered voters for the 2016 elections say polling precincts set up in malls—a proposal yet to be decided upon by the Commission on Elections (Comelec)—will make voting easier for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens, a recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey showed.
