Former Metro Rail Transit Line 3 general manager Al Vitangcol on Monday asked the Supreme Court to compel the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to conduct an inventory of the Internet Protocol (IP) address and media access control address of the computers that will be used in the May 9 elections.
