Valenzuela City Rep. Sherwin Gatchalian on Wednesday asked former Metro Manila Development Authority chairman Francis Tolentino to accept his loss in the 2016 senatorial elections even as he admitted there is basis for his petition to have the proclamation of bottom three winners deferred.
