Poll Commissioner Christian Robert Lim announced Monday morning that he is filing an "irrevocable" resignation as head of the Commission on Elections' Campaign Finance Office (CFO) due to the poll body's ruling extending the filing of campaign expenditure reports of May 9 elections candidates.
