The Sixth Division of the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan has ordered the arrest of Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito, outgoing San Juan City mayor Francisco Zamora and 13 others for a technical malversation case in connection with the alleged anomalous purchase of high-powered firearms in 2008.
