The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division has issued a subpoena directing representatives from eight banks to appear before the anti-graft court and present the bank records of pork barrel scam whistleblower Benhur Luy, his parents Arthur and Gertrudes Luy, as well as those of whistleblowers Merlina Suñas and Marina Sula.
