Clan patriarch Andal Ampatuan Sr., the principal suspect in the Maguindanao massacre, will not be able to enjoy temporary freedom. This was after Quezon City Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes of the Regional Trial Court Branch 221 denied Ampatuan’s bail plea, after more than five years of hearing the murder case.
