Catapang: AFP ready to send troops to help in post-earthquake Nepal

The Philippines is ready and willing to send troops to assist in the rescue efforts in quake-hit Nepal, Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief Gen. Gregorio Pio Catapang said on Monday.
