Rufus Rodriguez — chairman of the panel deliberating on the Bangsamoro Basic Law — quizzed National Police Commission Commissioner Eduardo Escueta on how the Bangsamoro chief minister and local chief executives will exercise operational control and supervision over the Bangsamoro police.
