House panel head firm on unconstitutionality of some BBL provisions

The chairman of the House panel deliberating on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) on Monday stood firm on the necessity of removing provisions in the measure providing for the creation of the Bangsamoro region’s own constitutional bodies.
