Personal optimism among Filipinos hit a record high, with some 42 percent of Filipinos expecting their quality of life to improve in the next 12 months, according to a new survey by Social Weather Stations. But the same SWS survey conducted March 20 to 23 also indicated fewer Filipinos were as optimistic about the economy into 2016.
