A House leader has urged the Supreme Court to review the procedure for granting hospital arrest for suspects in high-profile and non-bailable cases after former Palawan Gov. Joel Reyes and former Coron Mayor Mario Reyes said they will request it after being brought back to the country to face murder charges.
