President Benigno Aquino III scored a 54 percent in approval rating in the latest Pulse Asia survey conducted from September 8 to 14. Vice President Jejomar Binay, meanwhile, scored a 43 percent approval rating in September, down 15 points from the 58 percent he got in June.
