President Benigno Aquino III said on Tuesday, referring to former Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief Virgina Torres' allegedly dropping the president's name in an attempt to negotiate the release of millions of pesos worth of smuggled sugar, said anyone who behaves contrary to the way the way he does things was not a friend.
