Saranggani Representative Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee do not owe the government P3.2 billion in unpaid taxes, penalties and surcharges, the spouses said in a 76-page petition as they asked the Supreme Court to stop the Bureau of Internal Revenue from issuing any warrant of garnishment or notice of tax lien on his property.
