Belmonte urges lawmakers to attend sessions for BBL's passage

House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. has appealed to lawmakers anew to attend plenary sessions so they can tackle the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law and pass it before the end of the year.
