The Court of Appeals has junked dismissed Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin "Junjun" Binay's contempt charges against former Interior Sec. Mar Roxas, Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales, former Justice Secretary Leila de Lima and several others for defying a restraining order against his suspension last year.
