In response to challenges that Vice-President Jejomar Binay's family waive their rights to bank secrecy for the sake of transparency, the VP's son and former-Makati Mayor Junjun Binay on Sunday countered that his family's bank accounts had been scrutinized by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
