The lawyer of a former senator who had sought the disqualification of Sen. Grace Poe in the presidential race on Saturday called her a "nuisance candidate" as he also criticized the Supreme Court justices who rules in the senator's favor for having "a false majority" and for anchoring their decision on their "pet advocacies".
