The second PiliPinas Debates 2016 was delayed for an hour and a half because Vice President Jejomar Binay insisted on bringing some papers with him during the debate, to the opposition of his rivals. On Monday morning, the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) candidate showed these documents to news organizations during a news conference in Mactan, Cebu.
