The camp of Vice President Jejomar Binay on Sunday said administration presidential bet Mar Roxas wanted to change previously approved agreements to bar Binay from bringing documentst to the debate. Roxas' spokesperson Barry Gutierrez said it was Binay who wanted to be exempted to the rule.
